Standard Shipping (Fedex): $15 for swimwear items

Estimated delivery time: 5 – 7 working days

International customers will be responsible for all taxes and duties applied to their package. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 3-4 business days from the day they are placed.

We try our best to ship your order as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.

Please note that orders placed on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is shipped from our headquarters in Floripa.

DELIVERY

We ship using Fedex on all of our orders. And all orders are shipped from Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil.

*Please verify your shipping address at checkout as we are not responsible for lost shipments due to a customer’s address error.

RETURN POLICY

If you would like to exchange for a different size or another item, the request must be made and the items returned within 15 days of receiving your items. Once you have received approval for your exchange or store credit, pack your suit securely and ship it back to the address provided, along with your original receipt. Be sure to obtain a tracking number with your return to ensure proof of delivery. Please follow our guidelines below.

We accept returns when received in original condition: new, unworn, unwashed, free of deodorant stains, with tags and sanitary protectors in place.

Please fold your return items carefully and package them securely as received.

Customer pays $35 return shipping (except when receiving the wrong item or size)

Loss or Damage

Please note that Krugans is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit, or for locating lost or stolen packages after delivery.

If you would like to purchase additional services such as signature confirmation or insurance, please include a note with your order and we will contact you via email to confirm availability and price.

In addition, Krugans is not responsible for replacing packages shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses as provided by the customer, so please be sure to double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

International Sales Policy

Due to high shipping costs, we are unable to cover the cost of outbound shipping for exchanges on international orders.

A note about returning wetsuits/zippers:

Please fold the wetsuit neatly with the zipper exposed.

Customs and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs and duty fees, which vary greatly depending on the destination country. These fees are payable upon arrival at the local government by the customer and are not included in the original purchase price or shipping charges. These fees will be due at the time of delivery and are non-refundable. If the recipient fails to pay the applicable duties and taxes, the package will be abandoned and Krugans will not refund the abandoned order, including fees and shipping costs.

Defective Items

Products are considered defective if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault has occurred. Please follow the care instructions carefully as the item will not be exchanged if it has been damaged unduly. Items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered defective and will not be exchanged.
